After 36 e-mails, [Email Removed] could not get it right to: <br> 1. Post me two updated membership cards after I got married and joined his medical aid - I am still waiting for the cards<br> 2. It took them almost 18 months to delete an ex-spouse member from my husband's medical aid and during this period, continued to deduct the contribution towards the ex-spouse - when and how are they going to refund him?<br>
