Incompetence beyond the call of duty

<p>This company is the most *********** company in the world.</p> <p>They keep suspending my membership to my GEMS medical aid because they can't get their accounting correct.</p> <p>Gems used to be No1 in South Africa until they handed the administration dutie over to this company.</p> <p>Don't expect service or any feedback. Don't expect apologies or any explanations. </p> <p>It's no wonder that there are reports of GEMS being bankcrupt with this company involved anything other than service is possible.</p> <p>I bet that they don't even respond to Hello Peter complaints.</p> <p>It's frightening that this company can hold members of medical aids to ransom and prevent the members form getting their chronic medication</p>
