Human Capital at Medscheme is Pathetic to say the least

I work for Medscheme and I am really frustrated, angry and disappointed. I am on a 1year contract with them. 2 months ago I had too many personal issues and problems which resulted in me falling into depression where I was unable to be present at work for about 2 weeks. While I had lost a home for myself and my kids, with nothing, not even food on my table not once did I receive any support from the company I work for. On top of all of that my salary was put to a stop resulting in a zero amount being paid to me. When I was back at work I was reassured that in the month of December all would be rectified but once again I find myself in even deeper problems and suffering with my kids. What hurts more than anything is that they shove you from pillar to post. No one takes full accountability for anything and they are very inconsistent. Worse their human capital doesn't work as a unit that is there to better their employees lives in a professional matter. Its very depressing to have to deal with such people who show no empathy or respect for their employees in any way.
