Horrible service
I wish there was a 0 rating. There Oncology approval proses is a horror. it took me 36 days to get the correct approval of only 2 tabs. The people who is doing the approval can't even read a script. The case manager help me after numerous calls that was locked. Even the case manager is battling. Please people after you lock a call please make sure that it was done correct. Please look at your statements every month. I wish that they understand that we as members are paying their salaries.

16 Dec 2020, 04:42Still is this not the end of struggle !!!! There is still 2 Queries outstanding since November. Further more the prices of 10 Duragesic 100 Nappy code *** was loaded incorrect on the pharmacist system. Due their Summary of Financial Transaction (Refund & Monies owed to scheme) Which was any case incorrect they owed us money since 26 October 2020. This should be refund on our payslip. This has still not been done on our December 2020 payslip.
