Horrible experience with Medscheme Medical Aid
Medscheme medical aid has treated me so poorly and I am tired of if..
They have taken an amount of R4500 from me twice... and the worse part is that I have to constantly call and fight for my money...The first time they did it, I did not charge them interest and I let the fact that I spent to so much time , energy and money trying to retrieve my money go.
They have done it again and I am completely speechless. I have been calling them endlessly trying to retrieve my money.I never had this issue with Discovery. Thankfully I have cancelled my membership now.
