Horizon Medical Aid(Medsheme)

This is the worst medical Aid ever, My wife’s pathology which is supposed to come from her maternity benefit that she did October 2019 has still not been paid for. The first two months we called Medscheme they kept on telling us to contact carecross only to find out in December 2019 that it should be paid from medscheme side. I spoke to Valecia whom said that she will resolve this and I’m still waiting it’s been six months now an this issue is still not resolved. This whole issue has put my pregnant wife under a whole lot of stress and this was supposed to be a time that we should be enjoying given it’s out first child.
