For the first time ever, I had a call back from someone at a medical aid. The lovely lady's name is Tshegofatso Kau. I had been waiting for over a month for a reply on a PMB that was requested for my children. I called again hoping to receive an answer and was lucky enough to speak to Tshegofatso. She told me she would escalate the query and would call me back the following day with some feedback. I was pleasantly surprised when early the next morning she did in fact call me back to tell me that everything was approved and in order. It is the first time that anyone has actually called me back.
