Going beyond the call of duty

<p>I am writing because I feel we all have to give recognition to the people that service our community that are doing a great job. I am not a member of any medical aid administered by medscheme however I am in the process of looking for a medical aid so it was a no brainer that when I saw this young lady beautifully dressed with their medscheme key chain on I had to ask enquire from her about what she does. She said she's in the call centre but she deals only with the healthcare professionals so I asked her what kind of medical aids do you guys have at medscheme (I know that was taking it too far) but she still responded to me with a smile and for every question I threw her way she had a good thing to say about the company that she works for. Well I could see that she was proud to be working for medscheme which has made my decision to switch medical aids even easier,because if you can have your stuff going that extra mile after hours then that means my business will be in good hands. She did tell me that I could get any more information at the walk in centre but she made such an effort to answer me as best as she could,now that's what I call customer service.</p>
