***** under my medical aid

It’s been over two months and the person who is using my medical is still on the loose and Bonitas is not helping me with the nightmare I am having Pharmaceuticals are not following the correct procedures In asking for an ID when some is buying medication. Here is my story in August a guy who went to clicks Northmead and bought prescribed medication with a false prescription has bought medication under my name and on the same day moved to the next clicks in Northmead did the very same thing. I thwill n reported it to Bonitas and a reversal was done Thank you for that. A week later the same person went to Brynston clicks and tried to buy prescribed medication luckily the pharmacist did the correct procedure and called me and asked if my 14 year old son wants medication I was with my son at the time I then ask to speak to the person while they call the cops but he left the store. I reported the matter again to Bonita’s and clicks, he did not waste time and went back to Northmead clicks and he did get assistance and got away with agin while I reported it before, I was then refunded my money back. While I was still relaxing a week later yesterday the 1st October he them moved to mall of the south Dischem and bought medication again at night this person is not even producing my ID but they said he had a copy and an original Medical aid card while I have my own with me. He got away with it again. I reported the issue again in the morning with Bonita’s and the whistle Blowers of the medical aid . Around 10 today the 2nd October he then went to Mondeor dischem and bought medication but thanks to the phamarstist. Who actually saw that the script is ********** , but he stormed out to the store and ran.He did not waste time and went to the nearest store The Glen Dischem and bought with the same script and got away with it. So what’s next another mall tonight tomorrow etc. it is really annoying when I asked Bonita’s to please change my medical aid number I just got a response of no they can’t do that all I can do is change my medical aid plan for me to change the number. The plan I have is suitable for me and I like it . Should I jump ship as this is really exhausting. I am now sick as I take chronic medication. Do something Bonitas so I can smile again Medscheme please make them change my medical aid number
