Failure to provide my tax report breakdown

I have been sent back and forth between Bonitas and Medscheme. All I want is my medical aid tax report BREAKDOWN (from 1March 2025 to 28 February 2026). Without this I cannot complete my SARS income tax. I have spoken to Bonitas who referred me to *** to provide me with my tax report breakdown urgently. I have sent numerous emails requesting this. If you do not provide me with my tax report breakdown, I am going to lodge a complaint with Chamber of Medical Schemes, just like I have done with Bonitas. Please note: I already have the tax certificate, I need the detailed breakdown. Do not phone me, email me only.
