Ntombi was very helpful with a query that has been on going close to 3 months now where we spoke to different consultants but issue of a refund was not aactioned, Ntombi was with me on the phone for over an hour to go beyond her call of duty to make sure she gets someone who is able to action this attend to it as urgent, as much as we complain but as a contact center agent your service was impressive, thank you so much Ntombi
