I would like to thank a lady who goes by the name of Mpho Orrai, who works for Medscheme in florida.<br> <br> that lady really knows how to work with clients. anything that you don't understand, she explains it in a way that one would understand and she never hangs up the phone until you are satisfied with the results. I have been having problems with my Medical scheme but ever since I been in contact with her, everything makes sense. from explaining statements, down to network doctors and where to find them. <br> <br> thank you Mpho, you are really a life saver.
