Eternally greatful for the amazing help

I'd like to thank and commend Nthami Nkwase for her excellent service. She has spent the greater part of the past few days resolving, following up, and calling the doc and pharmacy respectively to resolve the Auth and dispensing issues for my son's post transplant meds. She has been patient, super friendly and very compassionate and just so very thorough. I'm very impressed. I'd also like to thank Tonja Louw for getting the ball rolling and assisting with things that didn't even fall in her department, and going above and beyond. She has been so amazing in putting in so much effort to see everything get resolved. Medscheme Holdings is very lucky to have such amazing staff.
