Employees who solve queries need training
Employees who solve queries need training. The persons that solves queries need training. They came up with the most ridiculous answers. The answers show that there is a lack of the basic knowledge. Must submit a original invoice to refund@medsheme for a co-payment of 20% on acute medicine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not company policy. Address the wrong date claim on another query!!!!!!!!!! It is difficult for members to give training !!!
