Don't know what they will pay for normal delivery

IM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED.Im pre-authorised to deliver baby at Sandton Mediclinic. Now I need to know what my medical aid is going to pay towards the hospital bill of R32 000.I just need an approximate amount so that i can budget&save up for any shortfall. If the approximate shortfall will be more than I can afford,I can decide now whether to change hospitals&stuff.
HOWEVER,Medscheme cannot give me an approximation as to what they are going to pay towards the hospital bill.
I'm not sure anybody is understanding me.Here's a scenario-I go into labour,go to the hospital&deliver my baby. The hospital bill for normal delivery without complications comes to R32 000.When the hospital contacts my medical aid to settle the bill,my medical aid says it is only paying R10 000.I am left to foot the bill of R22 000.If I had KNOWN beforehand what my medical aid is going to pay,I would look for a cheaper alternative to have my baby!(eg.Park Lane charges R13 000 for normal birth)Why can't someone tell me what Medscheme approximately pays towards the hospital account? Why cant they tell me what the Medical Aid Scheme Rate is for normal delivery? They must have paid hospital bills before! I'M SO HELPLESS
