Disgusting Medscheme HR service

I am an ex employee of Medscheme Cape Town office, I resigned in 2012 July and was expected to receive my provident fund which I never did receive upon realizing this I started contacting their HR department for the past 2 months no one seems to know what to do, What is disgusting is the fact that I used to work there and this is the treatment that I get,I can only imagine what people on their medical aids deal with on a daily, I contacted Old Mutual who seems to not even have my details on their system for the unclaimed benefits owed to me. I want my money!
