DELAY ON ON MEDICAL CLAIM

I sent my claim for a refund to SABC med scheme on the 12th of February 2016 (my consultation with the doctor was on the 11th February 2016), but did not receive any response until i phoned the medical aid on the 29th of February and i was told my claim might be paid in few days, it was in the process. then i phone again today to find out when am i going to receive my refund, and i was told a different story; that there were notes on my claim hence it was not processed, when i asked why i was not contacted about the query the gentleman i spoke to said he didn't know; i asked him who made notes he said it was Lilian Bothma. i am seeing a Chiropractor almost weekly due to my deteriorating health condition and have to pay cash upfront then claim from medical aid, but i don't know how am i going to be able to afford to pay for my consultations if it takes so long to be refunded.
