I received a call on Thursday (30/03/2023) from someone saying Gems or Medscheme will phone me during the week. Then this morning I missed calls from them which I think it is Gems related as I am having a long battle with them regarding the issue of refusing to reinstate my medical aid. So when I returned the call it went through reception but unfortunately the person who answered told she can't assist me because she doesn't know which Dept the call came from. Then I emailed Gems to ask them to call me again but now they are saying nobody from them called me. I'm confused now cause I have it on record that a call came through to me from them.
