COMPLAIN
I CALLED YOUR CALL CENTER AND I SPOKE TO A AGENT BY THE NAME OF P****TSO SHE WAS RUDE AND SHE JUST TRANSFERED MY CALL WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME WHERE SHE IS TRANFERING ME I FIND IT SO RUDE THAT SHE JUST TRANSFERED ME WITHOUT TELLING ME WHERE IS TAKING ME TO I WAS GOING A CLAIMS QUERY I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND ALSO GO LISTEN TO HER CALL AND SHE MUST APOLOGISE TO ME
