Claims Rejected-Queries Ignored

I sent a query on the 16 Sep regarding my claim rejections and again on the 22nd Sep <br> Gems is not a low cost medical aid. even the beryl option is expensive for average households.I dont expect to receive low cost (poor) service from you. Your new claims management company is useless, firstly they reversed a claim after 4 months now the reject a pathology claim which i was properly reffered for, to make things worst you supply pathetic rejection codes on the statement. We are now in October and i still didnt receive a call or an sms from any of you <br> I sent my mail again and still no response, My care keep reading my email and ignoring it, even their complaints department read my email (Jeanine) <br> How can i pay a supplier for a claim that i dont even know was processed correctly??<br> If you could reverse an xray 4 months later incorrectly how would you be processing claims?<br> Im still waiting for a resolution from the following depatment emails: <br> [Email Removed] , *** ,*** ,*** , [Email Removed] , [Email Removed]<br> <br> I think CMS needs to Audit Medscheme and MY care solutions, The Service is Pathetic
