Chantell Nagel - Simply Amazing!

I have experienced a lot of horrible service in the past, but very few times do I encounter good customer service, Through Chantelle Nagel, I have experience Great customer service. Not only is she the only competent person I dealt with in the claims part of Medscheme, she understands client servicing and takes ownership. She is polite, patient, investigates, goes above the call of duty, follows up, chases up on the other departments and even through all the clients she dealt with today, she managed to service me with a smile. I felt like more than a number and finally had faith that this process would be resolved. She is an amazing asset in your business, grow her and cherish her, because she is obviously 1 of the very few that you have.
