Can't be helped in a bad situation

I am at a point where I'm asking myself what happen to, customer is always right, me & my son are beneficiaries to the sasolmed medical aid. And now my son is sick since last week, i then went to my nearest pharmacy for over the counter medicine , which i was told funds are insufficient & my be with a Doctor's prescription i will be able to get medicine. I then went to the doctor as the condition was getting bad but could still not get medicine on sutarday.im off today as my son's condition has worsened & i called the medical aid & they are saying they can not help me . which i do not believe there really is nothing that can not be done.i don't have enough money to buy his medicine, & im supposed to sit & watch him die yet im a member of sasolmed.
