Cannot verify banking details
I am a service provider trying to register my banking details with Medscheme so I can get paid out for claims. Banking details form, and required documents were delivered on 8th December. I was told i would get a call to verify details. This has still not happened despite numerous calls to query. Ajay was very helpful in escalating this matter today, but I am not very hopeful that this will be sorted.
