Cancelations of my Bonitas medical aid benefits

Cancelation of my Benefits from Bonitas My name is Jane Kwadi I am pensioner from Randwest Municipality, I am on Bonitas Medical aid which was managed by Medscheme been paying every month which I have proof of, then on April 2026 they said Bonitas was changed to Momentum, my benefits were canceled, when I contact Momentum they said they didn't receive my data from Medscheme they asked for proof of payment I send the POPs but still nothing is been done its almost 3months without any assistance, then I contacted Medscheme my Medical aid was canceled on November 2026 while I was paying. Still have proof of payment. I would like to have assistance as I am on chronic medication which I dont receive cause have to pay cash to get meanwhile am paying for medical aid
