Can't get someone to help me!

I've tried this excercise 8 times now!!! I'm with Momentum Health and I'm considering joining Medscheme next year but OH MY GOSH to get someone to help me, I have more chance of marrying the president! I've called the call centre at least 8 times now, first 2 times someone was going to call me back which didn't happen. The other 6 times I get transferred to 10 different departments of which I either eventually get cut off or I hang up out of mere frustration! DOES THIS COMPANY NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING?????? What is rocket science about getting someone to come and speak to me about joining Medscheme Medical Aid, or do you not want new members???
