I went to the hospital due to chest pain and numbing of my arms and instead of them taking the money from my hospital cover they took it from my savings????!!!! I was in isolation after a colleague of mine tested positive for COVID And when I do the right thing by going to the hospital after experiencing chest pais, SEVERE chest pains you guys have the audacity to tell me that the claim was claim was paid correctly? Just cause I wasn't admitted to the hospital? How much sense does that make.

I did not go the doctor for these chest pains so how can you count it as a normal GP Consultation??? Don't tell me that!

You guys took money from my savings previously in 2019 when I went to the hospital due to lumps that had formed (where I was ADMITTED!!!!) ?????

Then Nhlanhla Mathebe , who Romonique transferred from your escalations department (after being put on hold for more than 10 minutes looking for an email address to escalate this matter to and hung up on me!!!) tells me that the hospital marked it as chest pains but is was paid from my savings??? All you guys do is take take money from us and when it comes to paying claims rightfully you cheat us as the members.

Second time i call you guys transfer me through to Johannesburg Municpality???? How does Dean transfer me through to Johannesburg Municipality???
