Beware of ********* Practices

My recent experience with Bonitas-Medscheme left me in a state of shock at how ********* and downright predatory/****my their practices are. It's essential for potential customers to be aware of my experience.

I initiated the process to activate a membership with Bonitas-Medscheme. However, after some very *********** "service" from their consultant Keelan B, I decided not to go ahead with the membership. I promptly sent an email on the 24th to nullify the membership.

To my shock, despite receiving a confirmation email from Bonitas-Medscheme acknowledging the cancellation of my membership on the 25th, they attempted to debit my account and claimed that my details were already submitted on the 29th – a full four days after confirming the cancellation.

This incident left me deeply concerned about the integrity and transparency of this company's practices. It's alarming that they would try to debit my account for a membership that they officially canceled and confirmed was not even active.

I strongly caution anyone considering Bonitas-Medscheme to exercise extreme caution. My experience suggests a significant lapse in their customer service and financial processes. I expected better from a reputable company.

I have reached out to them for resolution, and I hope they address this matter promptly and transparently. In the meantime, please be cautious when dealing with Bonitas-Medscheme to avoid potential financial complications.
