on the 04/07/2018 I did an application for ex-gracia I was told it will take 30days to be finalised I would call every now and then to check on the application and every time its the same story still pending. You had your 30days I need an answer pending is not good enough, sending emails to different dept and no one is responding means escalate the matter if you have to, If my son's feet are not important to you, its very important to me. I need to know where to from here
