Barloworld medscheme authorizations have not regard for seriously ill memberts!

My dad worked all his life hardly missing a day of work. Now that he has retired on his deathbed not mobile crying for nursing aid to provide some stimulation is falling on deaf ears. *********** medscheme is in charge of authorizations. I have been struggling with daily international calls to them pleading for help for my dad. Sir the nurses looking at it in Cape Town. Then sorry offline. Then oh we aware of your dads condition. We have pictures of him receiving nursing services. Our resident doctor who has no name no practice no nothing is sitting with the application twiddling his fingers figuring out how can I deny services even though motivated by specialists way above his expertize and qualifications. I have a message for him. God forbid my dad passess on whist you twiddling your fingers. I will come after barloworldd, medscheme and him jointly and severally for reckless endangerement as we humbly asking nursing services to make his last days on this earth bearable and I will stop at nothing to ensure everyone is brought to book if my dad passes on without the services that he is entitled to. To the nameless doctor please respond with your name and designation so that if needs be I will go to the South African and medical and dental council and force you to respond to me with a name and title. I am tired of phoning daily listening to a animated line for 10 minutes then finally put through a live nurse who says sorry our doctor is looking at it. Not sure if he is doing a PHD on it.
