Bad service from the medical aid
*** My ex wife was admitted in hospital on the 1st of January this year and she was prescribed medication of which we paid R604.00 for the over the counter medication.i started sending emails to claims Department and enquiries about the refund up until today I'm still waiting for it.i provided them with all the information they wanted but no luck on getting my refund.
