I've been given the run around after calling them to obtain my IRP5 documents and medical aid certificates. Nobody is assisting me with valid information! I've been waiting for weeks now

Medical Aid Number - ********** 2612 I don't know which reference number you are referring to - however, I do have the query number - 140818QYVV4B I spoke to Neville and Nicole - I didn't get their surnames My ID number is ********** 642084
