Awesome Customer Service

It is human nature to complain and always to always HARP on poor customer experience, we take it so personally that we will even share this information with a total stranger who might be standing infront of you at the check-out counter , but when service is Excellent, we forget that we can also take a few minutes to say THANK YOU to the people who really go out of their way to make things happen. I am taking this opportunity to do the same. This "Shout Out" goes to Tshiamo Sejake, he is indeed a Medscheme Brand Ambassador. The care and consideration this Gentleman showed me reflects how Awesome his management team is for his pleasant and caring disposition.
