Awaiting Authorization for 20 days now!

We have been receiving the worst service from AECI over the last couple of years now.

More recently I have been waiting on an authorization since 9 April. It is now 20 days later, at least 25 emails and over 150min of call time and yet I have not been able to speak to a case manager. He/she and the so called supervisor just don't bother to get back to me.

I am highly disappointed in the way you are treating your patients with severe disease. After 50 years of belonging to this medical aid my gran is pushed aside just to not receive any assistance.

I demand someone with authority get in contact with me to sort this out.

How is this behaviour and non compliance of deliverables even tolerated?
