AWAITING APPROVAL MRS FS DE SOUZA

Good day, Since 15/09/2015 the PMB department is blatantly delaying so called approval to pay Dr H Pahad, Specialist Pulmologist account. I understand from Claudine the request has been sent throught to the PMB departmen. approval that Mrs FS De Souza see Dr Pahad twice a year due to the serious nature of hear lung function condition. Dr Pahad wrote a letter of motivation last year to confirm same. Approval was granted and both accounts were paid without ant fuss. Now they have sad stories. I told Claudine the PMB department is like the government they work on Mondays and Fridays. Why are we paying medical aid? What year will this matter be resolved? Are we pensioners victims of these people? I would like to have a positive answer today and the account of R1254.00 paid. What is so difficult?
