Appalling Service

<p>Never in my entire existence have I seen such gross incompetence and lack of customer service as I have experienced in the past month from Medscheme. </p> <p> </p> <p>They wont pay my Dentist for work already done on my teeth. Let alone pick up the phone to call and explain the reasons why, when I called them in the company of my Dentist to sort out the issue, we didn't get any purchase out of it. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the meantime, I can't finish off the final part of my procedure because of this haggling. Everyone's happy when I'm paying my premiums monthly but when it comes to paying out i have to run around like an idiot. </p>
