Answer your phone
Everytime I phone it takes me about 30min to speak to someone at bonitas, I told reception that the self help options that you choose on the phone does not work. She explained that it's a it problem. That was n a month ago still today I was holding for about 20minutes. Please fix your phones and answer the phones.
