Administration Chaos
I don't know what else to call this but bad call center - administration chaos!<br> Every time I want to query a proof of cover certificate I get put through to Fedhealth?<br> I belonged to SIEMENS MEDICAL AID SCHEME from 1999 till 2012, when they changed over to Fedhealth.<br> Siemens, Fedhealth and Bonitas who all get administrated by MEDSCHEME cannot help me!?<br> I need a proof of cover certificate that I belonged to Siemens Medical Aid from 29 November 1999 till 2012 PLEASE!!<br> I belonged to Siemens med aid for 13-years and need that certificate!!<br> My membership number was *** MRS MM RADEMEYER.<br> Could someone at MEDSCHEME please help me!?
