Accepting Money that is not theirs

I have paid money to Medscheme on the 26th of January that was meant for my current medical Aid ( I am no longer with Medscheme) over R5000, at which no-one contacted me to advise where this money has come from or what its for. To get a hold of anyone who can assist me to have these funds deposited back to me is a nightmare, the call centre keeps directing me to finance, who's phones are all on voicemail, and when I ask for a direct number, i'm then transferred again before I can get a word in. <br> PLEASE HELP ME, My current medical aid is now suspended as they never received their funds and my kids are sick and cannot get to a doctor.
