Worst medical aid provider

Polmed is by far the worst medical aid ever. I have been on the medical aid for 16 years and they are by far the worst organisation run. I am on the higher plan. Marine, I have a back problem so I have been to a specialist. The specialist charged me R1950 and polmed is only paying me back R417. Which specialist charges R417. Seems like we pay for medical aid and someone is clearly *****ing all the funds since their rates are so low. What is the point of polmed even existing when they are so useless, as for their consultants they are just useless as the medical aid . Makes you you what why do they have lower plan and higher plan when they are so selfish with payment . It clearly shows polmed does not care for its members or have their best interest at heart.
