Urgent Request for Clarification of Outstanding Amounts and Membership Reinstatement

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the ongoing confusion surrounding the outstanding balance on this membership.

The membership was terminated in December 2025. In August 2026, I contacted your offices with the intention of settling all outstanding amounts and having the membership reinstated.

The following payments were made:

* R7,000 in August 2026 * R5,000 in August 2026 * R1,680 in September 2026 * R4,020 thereafter * R6,610 thereafter

In September 2026, we were advised that the outstanding balance was R10,620. Based on this information, the required payments were made, and the membership was reinstated on 9 September 2026.

However, today we are once again being advised that there are outstanding amounts on the account. What is particularly concerning is that the figures keep changing. During different calls we have been quoted different amounts, including approximately R1,300 and R2,744, with no clear explanation as to how these amounts were calculated.

I specifically requested the full settlement amount, including any outstanding contributions, because I wanted to ensure that everything was paid in full before reinstatement. We were given the impression that once the R10,620 had been settled, the account would be up to date and we would simply continue paying the normal monthly contribution going forward.

It is therefore extremely frustrating and unacceptable to continue receiving different outstanding figures each time we make contact. Every incorrect amount provided causes further delays, creates unnecessary confusion, and allows additional amounts to accumulate while we are attempting to resolve the matter.

I request the following as a matter of urgency:

1. A full account statement and detailed breakdown of all charges, payments, and allocations made on the membership. 2. A clear explanation of how the current outstanding amount has been calculated. 3. Confirmation of the exact amount required to bring the account fully up to date. 4. Written clarification as to why new outstanding figures continue to arise after we were informed that the previous balance had been settled.

This matter has become increasingly concerning because every consultant appears to provide a different figure. It is impossible to resolve the account when the information being provided is inconsistent.

Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear, accurate response so that this issue can finally be resolved.
