Suffering because of polmed

Polmed keeps declining my appeal for my painful breast. I am 21 years old currently, with the weight of 84kg and a height of 1.65 tall. I need to do a breast reduction and it's not for cosmetic purposes, I can't deal with the back ache, headaches, painful breast and nipples.. Not to mention my low self esteem. The doctor stated clearly that I need this surgery as I have bilateral breast hypertrophia with a jugular nipple distance of 29cm on the left and 29cm on the right. My breast are 28cm wide with an estimated weight of 2kilogram on each side. The doctor is intending of removing about 1kilogram on each side. I can't even wear a bra anymore as the last time I was an e cup now an e cup is small therefore bras just cause more pain to my breasts. It is really difficult as I'm deprived so many opportunities because of my breast this is not a cosmetic surgery like braces trying to fix my teeth. I have symptoms like massive breast this being mastodynia, painful neck, painful back, headaches, painful breasts and nipples and suffering low self esteem. It's really disappointing because you are decuting money every month and now I'm suffering.. My life is stucked I've tried everything for my backaches but Polmed just keeps on declining my appeal which is really frustrating as I don't know what to do no more.. Please please guys help me?
