Stop treating Polmed Patients

The **** service we getting from Polmed and their administrators Medscheme as Service Providers!

We’ve requested for an authorisation for a Patient that we treating in hospital, authorisation given by Polmed. We then submit claims via EDI.

Today the 5th of December they are telling us claims were not processed there is no ICD 10 codes we must send paper claims!!!
