Shocking service from Medscheme

<p>It would appear that since Polmed has been administered by Medscheme the wheels have come off. I submitted a request for authorisation for my son's dental procedure over one month ago and was promised feedback within 10 days, but nothing! Following a multitude of attempts on my part to get a result in this regard I am still none the wiser.
