**** Service by Polmed

The **** treatment we get when treating Polmed patient by the Medical aid.

We treated a Patient in ICU and we requested for Authorisation and it was granted.

But now we submitted claims on the 11th of September 2023, till now we have’nt been paid and what disturbs they are saying (03/10/2023)claims are not on the system. Of which last week we were told that they been captured.
