Poor Customer Service from consultants

<p>I refer to call to Medscheme to complain about a agent whom was rude to my mother as he phoned her to do follow ups on her medical aid and medication .</p> <p> </p> <p>As my mother recalls , the agent was rude , had absolutley no time for her when she asked questions and he was in a hurry to get the call done .</p> <p>Absolutley discusted by this poor service and yet , my mother has been a member for years on Polmed .</p> <p> </p> <p>Luckily she obtained his name , Ashley Farmer from the Polmed department , it is shocking and i hope action will be taken , </p>
