Being trying to get Auth for Neurosurgeon to relieve my pain, headaches and numbness of hands and feet for a week now - spoken to 9 "agents", explained the same thing to all 9 and Still NO HELP- EVERYONE ONE PROMISED 1HR AND YOU WILL HAVE AUTH... How sick is this medical aid, GOD forbid my husband or kids ever end up in a life threatening situation while Polmed takes our money- sick greedy lairs
