Polmed Rejecting Claims and Bad service

Im Busiswa Ntsondwa in 2014 I was pregnant Polmed covered all my maternity costs I didn’t have problem with them. Last year the gynaecologist sent me to the Sonography for abnormality scan 10-11-2024 first pregnancy sonor after 2014 but the Polmed rejected the claim. When I call them they said my scans were exhausted but I couldn’t understand how? Coz its been 10years. They said I only have 2 scans for maternity and the Gynaecologist already used those scans, what I don’t understand is that how can a Gynaecologist used Sonography scans because these are the two different doctors when I inquire about it calling Polmed I was told that Im on Standard Maternity Program not on High Maternity Program which it was my first time hearing about the different programs. When I ask why im on standard but I have a Higher plan medical (Marine) who put me on standard n why I was never told about the programs. Coz I sent an email requesting to be registered on the maternity and I did receive an email stating that Im registered on Standard but I didn’t know that the are different programs. They were suppose to let me know, even on the email the is nothing. How am I suppose to know that. Its been 3 days now waiting for the Maternity Program management to call me about this matter but nothing no call. I really don’t know what change now they are refusing to pay but we are paying every month now we are treated like this no its not fair why are we paying. Polmed is a horror really. Im very disappointed
