POLMED REJECT CLAIMS IN CONTRA WITH THEIR OWN PROGRAMME

So I received my maternity benefit plan form Medscheme Polmed stating the following clearly: Routine obstetric ultrasound at 20 to 24 weeks to include detailed anatomical assessment practice :16,39 Code: 03617 unit: 1

I was referred by my Gynaecologist to a 39 practice for the detailed anatomical assessment, as my pregnancy was high risk and dr. wanted to make sure about the baby and if everything was ok. All in accordance with my maternity program. I paid the practice R1050.00 that I have to claim back from my Polmed medical aid. The claim was hand delivered and there after mailed complete with the referring letter from the Gynae, several times. Every time polmed is rejecting my refund telling either there is something wrong with the ICD10 code and now they reject the claim because it was done by a 39 practice (never mind the fact that THEIR maternity program states it must be done by a 16 OR 39 practice) This people really don't know what they are doing, they are looking for ways NOT to keep to there part of the deal and keep looking for excuses not to refund members. It clearly shows that they don't know what is allowed and how to treat there members they get there payment every month but still just look for excuses. This once again just show how they only rip of people and don't give a rats about anything else. I have wasted more money phoning after them and holding on while one after the other call centre assistant gives me that "oh i don't know, I will resubmit or Just change that and resubmit it" story. I am SO fed up with them, wish they would go for proper training!
