Polmed poor service dental department

I am Mr Anil Ratheepaul polmed no ***. My wife is a registered member nadene Ratheepaul.. She has done dental work bridges the doctor has put temporary bridges and he is waiting for payment to do the permanent work. Polmed approved the claim no or aith no 632399.. My wife is suffering as she is getting mouth ulcers continously.. The doctor is awaiting payment from polmed to finish the work. Polmed is giving the doctor the run around.. I telephoned the dental department yesterday and now this morning.. Spoke to simpwe. He was not helpful at all was rude condescending and didnt help me.. I am frustrated with polmeds poor help... We are pensioners and polmed treat us like we nothing... All i want is polmed to pay the bill so the job can be done man.... Whats so hard.... The service centre cut me off twice when i requested to speak to finance... I made almost 5 calls cost me R200 and I achieved nothing.... Poor service to non existing service... People are on a permanent go slow at polmed. Simpiwe kept me on the line to put me through to finance then he cut the call... He needsbto be disciplined or fired for his behaviour.. As soon as he realised Im an indian male.. His attitude became worse. I was treated badly not helping me... This was ****** behaviour and we cannot probe or prove this. All the people working at polmed give me as an indian a hard time I never get help I resort to hello peter everytime to get service. This time i want that gentleman Simpiwe to be suspended.... I pay for polmed its not free.
