Polmed Medical aid

<p>I saw a patient on the 24/07/2016, patient required hearing aids for both ears. Motivational report was sent and was only approved 25/08/2016 with the authorisation date from 01/08/2016 to 31/08/2016. I then sent through a claim and now they have rejected the claim. Their excuse was that I sent a claim that was more then they had approved. The consultants are all rude whenever I require further information. Now I'm told to wait another 7 to 14 working days while they review the claim. </p>
